Common Questions About Our Guidelines
Here you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions regarding our service guidelines.
How do I prepare my car for a mobile detailing session?
– No Landscaping or Construction Work: Please ensure that no landscaping or construction work is being performed on the day of your appointment, as this can create dust and debris that may interfere with our work.
– Electricity and Water Requirements: We will need access to a standard electricity outlet and a water hose connection to complete our services.
– Designated Work Area: Please designate a spot for our work vehicle, ensuring that it is safe and accessible for our team.
– HOA and Neighbor Considerations: If you live in a community with a Homeowners Association (HOA) or have neighbors who may be sensitive to noise, please check with them in advance to ensure that our work will not be disrupted. Additionally, please provide us with any necessary gate codes or access information.
– Pet Sensitivity: Please be aware that our equipment may produce high-pitch noises that could potentially disturb pets. If you have pets that may be sensitive to noise, please make arrangements to keep them safe and comfortable during our visit.
